Shipping & Delivery

Customers may select the type of shipping at time of order. We have the following options:

Ground - UPS (primary), USPS, or DHL*
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air
USPS Parcel Post
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Express Mail

* Standard ground shipping rates do not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Customers in Hawaii or Alaska choosing standard ground shipping will be contacted by customer service to determine shipping costs and method before their order is processed.

UPS - Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipments up to 150 pounds, shipments over 150 pounds will be sent via freight carrier. All material shipped via freight carrier must be unloaded by the receiver. Additional charges for special delivery and/or handling are at the customers expense and must be paid at time of delivery.

NOTE: UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX, so please supply an alternative mailing address, or your order may be delayed.

USPS:
- Parcel Post packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part. A surcharge applies to certain items including packages weighing over 35 pounds and certain shapes.
- Priority Mail is 2-3 days delivery. The maximum weight is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and distance around the thickest part combined.
- Express Mail is next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.

How long should I expect my shipment to take?
Although we carry a large inventory, we may not have your item in stock or in the quantity ordered. These items have to be ordered from the manufacturer/vendor before we can send them out. NOTE: If an item you ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted by email the day you placed the order (Before 5pm EST) M-F.
  • In Stock Items:
    • If an order is placed BEFORE 2pm (EST) we will ship out the order that day.
    • If an order is placed AFTER 2pm (EST) we will ship the order the next day.
  • Out of Stock Items:
    • These Items have to be ordered. You will be given a time-frame through email.

 

Returns Policy

All return requests must be approved by Pete's Outdoor Grills customer service and upon approval will be issued an RGA number.

Returns if approved may be subject to restocking and or handling charges. Shipping costs for return items are solely at customer's expense. All returns should be insured and must be packaged as to avoid damage in shipping, and shipped via UPS; items damaged in shipping will not be credited.

Shipping Damaged Goods Claims
Hidden damage, discrepancies or shortages must be reported through our contact form, within 24 hours of delivery. Damage that is obvious upon receipt must be reported immediately to the shipping company and to Pete's Outdoor Grills.

Product Warranties
Warranty - All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty from manufacturer defects. Requests for warranty repairs should be submitted through our contact form.
